Refunds

Here at Birdie Blue we want to make sure you are 100% happy with your purchase. That is why we offer a full refund on full price items (excluding sale, underwear, perfume, skincare, swimwear and jewellery) if you change your mind. Please note we have a 14-day returns policy. You must initiate your online return request within 7 days of delivery to ensure your return package can reach us within 14 days from the time your delivery reached you for a store credit or refund.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original condition.

To start a return, you can contact us at contact@birdieblue.com.au noting your order number and reason for return. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note returns shipping is at the expense of the customer.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll automatically be refunded to your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank to process. If your return does not satisfy all the conditions it will be returned to you.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get your desired product is to make a separate purchase for the new item and contact us at contact@birdieblue.com.au to arrange a return for the original purchase.

Sale Items

We do not accept returns on sale items.

Non-refundable items

Due to hygiene reasons, we do not offer returns on jewellery, skincare, underwear and swimwear. Gift cards are also non refundable. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
