Refund policy
Queries and Returns are not processed during weekends or public holidays, so please be aware there may be delays processing returns and answering queries during these periods.
Returns
Here at Birdie Blue we want to make sure you are 100% happy with your purchase. That is why we offer a full refund on full price items (excluding sale, underwear, swimwear, perfume and earrings). Please note we have a 14 day returns policy.
- You MUST initiate your online return request within 7 days of delivery to ensure your return package can reach us within 14 days from the time your delivery reached you.
To be eligible, your item must be unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original condition.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note returns shipping is at the expense of the customer.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if it is approved or not. If approved, you’ll automatically be refunded. If your return does not satisfy all the conditions it will be returned to you.

Sale Items
All sale items are FINAL SALE. We do not accept returns on sale items.
Perfume
To ensure a risk free purchase for you, all 50ml and 100ml purchases come bundled with a 2ml tester to allow you to experience your new perfume before unwrapping the full-sized bottle.
After trying out the tester, you can decide to keep your new fragrance or return the unopened full-size bottle for a refund or exchange.
If you open the seal of the full-size bottle, unfortunately we cannot offer exchanges or refund for change-of-mind.
We do not offer change-of-mind returns or exchanges for the Discovery Set, 2ml or 10ml bottles, Staple Collection, Rendezvous Set or Collective Set(unless faulty).
Non-refundable items
Due to hygiene reasons, we do not offer returns on earrings, underwear and swimwear. Gift cards, 2ml and 10ml perfumes are also non refundable. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Disclaimer
As we run our online store from our bricks and mortar store, all the stock available online is also available in store. This means there is a possibility on the very rare occasion that an item you have ordered online may be purchased in store at the same time. If this rare event does happen we will notify you as soon as possible and issue a refund for the sold out item.
