As we run our online store from our bricks and mortar store all the stock available online is also available in store. This means on the very rare occasion that an item you have ordered online someone is purchasing instore at the same time. If this rare event does happen we will notify you as soon as possible and issue a refund for the sold out item. 

Colour Discrepancy 

Please note when purchasing online, colours may appear differently on devices/computers and may not be exactly true to colour. We try our best to take photos in natural lighting to get the most accurate colour representation however, every device/computer shows colours differently and we are unable to give refunds on products due to the colour it shows on your device. If you are unhappy with the colour of the item you have received please email us at contact@birdieblue.com.au

We offer a full refund to full price items (excluding swimwear, underwear and jewellery). Please email us at contact@birdieblue.com.au to begin a return. 
Orders cannot be cancelled once placed, once you receive your item you can send it back for a refund if eligible.
Lost Parcels and Incorrect Address 
We are not liable for any lost parcels if the address you have provided us is incorrect. If you notice the shipping address you have provided is incorrect please contact us ASAP and we will do our best to resolve the issue if possible.



All orders are shipped with Auspost, please allow 1-5 business days for your order to be shipped.
