Disclaimer
As we run our online store from our bricks and mortar store all the stock available online is also available in store. This means on the very rare occasion that an item you have ordered online someone is purchasing instore at the same time. If this rare event does happen we will notify you as soon as possible and issue a refund for the sold out item.
Colour Discrepancy
Please note when purchasing online, colours may appear differently on devices/computers and may not be exactly true to colour. However, we try our best to upload images with accurate colour representation. If you are unhappy with the colour of the item you have received please email us at contact@birdieblue.com.au
We offer a full refund for full price items (excluding swimwear, skincare, underwear and jewellery). Please email us at contact@birdieblue.com.au to begin a return.
Orders cannot be cancelled once placed, once you receive your item you can send it back for a refund if eligible.
Shipping
All orders are shipped with AusPost, please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be packed and shipped. You will receive an email from AusPost when your parcel has been lodged.
